ESTERLAM
Polyester doctor blades are precision products made of high-quality
polymers, which have considerably less abrasive properties than conventional steel doctor blades.
The precisely ground profiles allow faster start-up, longer runs, better consistency, improved quality and easier application repeatability. They cause significantly less roll wear, i.e. cost savings in roll repair and replacement engraving. And they are much safer to handle than conventional glass fiber-based and steel doctor blades, reducing accident rates and machine downtime.
The Esterlam E-Series polyester doctor & containment blades are used to produce high quality print & offer consistent reliable coat weights.
They have the same spring characteristics as steel without the dangers & abrasiveness. They have excellent chemical & thermal resistant properties offering the same high performance & longer blade life than steel.
Esterlam offer both doctor & containment blades for reliable &
consistent repeatable performance in all major makes of single blade or enclosed chamber systems.
Official and authorized distributor for D-A-CH is Printing Technology Wache in Görlitz.
